We want you to love your curls, but if a product isn't the right fit for your hair type, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on products that are unopened and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unused, unopened, and in their original condition. We offer a 30-day window from the date of delivery for all eligible returns.

  Email our curl care team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your products to prevent damage during transit. Include a note with your name and order number inside the parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send your package back using a tracked service. Once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
